The CDONTS, JMail, or AspEmail, componets need to be installed on the web
server. Check with your web host as to which component they support.
If you are running a web server yourself the CDONTS e-mail component and
Microsoft's SMTP mail server are installed by default with the default
installation of IIS. The w3 JMail component is available for free from http://www.dimac.net.
