How do I become ePRO Certified?

There are three steps to become ePRO certified.

Step 1: Complete the ePRO Foundations Form
Step 2: Prepare for the Certification exams
Step 3: Take and pass the Certification exams

Step 1: Complete the ePRO Foundations Form.

Step 2: Prepare for the certification exams.

Take the ePRO instructor-led courses and you will get everything you need for certification.

• How do I sign up for a class?

  Start by filling out the Foundations Form so we can personalize your training kit, in about five business days a representative will contact you to inform you on your scholarship status and to schedule a location that meets your needs.

• How do I get the training I need to become certified?

  Meet the course prerequisites.
  

  • Complete the ePRO series courses through attending classes.
  • Apply for a Mentor
  • Sign up for the certification exam.

   

Step 3: Take and pass the certification exams.

• How do I sign up for the Certification exam?

  All ePRO exams are included in the every Certified course.

• What happens on the day I take my exam?

  • Pay any training fees if still due.
  • Leave any study materials, calculators, cell phones, pagers, or other items with the exam center administrator. ePRO certification exams are closed-book, proctored examinations.
  • Take the computer-based certification examination. The examination may include brief surveys, which will not count against your examination time. You can also take a brief tutorial session if you want assistance using the exam software.
  • Achieve the passing score requirements for the exam.
    

• When do I receive my certificate?

  Four to eight weeks after passing all the exams and class assignments required for your ePRO certification, you will receive your certificate of completion and your Starter Kit.
