Introduction to ePRO Certification

Is the ePRO Certification Program the first time you've participated in an IT certification program? If so, you're not alone. Many of our candidates are interested in a ePRO certification to gain new knowledge, and further their IT career. Because the certification field is much different than your previous educational experiences, the ePRO Program has provided you with this convenient guide on what to expect when embarking upon IT certification.

1. Always look at the FAQ section when you have a question. The ePRO certification program strives to make sure that all frequently asked questions appear on the website in the FAQ section. If you have a questions, chances are someone else has also asked the same thing. Take a look at the FAQ section, and you may find a quick answer to your question.
   
   
2. If you take a test and don't pass the first time, you can always take the exam again. The certification program allows for exam protests if you feel the questions are unfair, but ultimately recommends that you study further for the exam in order to achieve a passing score.
   
   
3. The ePRO certification tests, much like other IT certification tests, are not intended as diagnostic tools. You will not receive the answers to the questions or the questions you missed. World class certification programs do not release questions and answers to exams. This guards the value of your certification, and makes sure that your credentials are not compromised in any way.
   
   
4. Even if you've been working in the IT field for a long time, don't be discouraged if you don't pass the exam on your first try. Chances are that you've been concentrating in a specific area, and the ePRO exams require that you expand your horizons, and acquire a new breadth of knowledge. If you didn't have to learn anything to pass the test, what good would the certification do for you?

What You'll Get as a Result of Taking and Passing the Exam

The ePRO Program wants to make sure you know what you are entitled to receive once you take a ePRO exam. The following items are what every ePRO candidate will receive when they choose to participate in the ePRO certification program.

1. A score report  with feedback on how they performed on each section of the exam.
   
   
2. Verification in the form of a postal letter once you've completed the ePRO Foundations form.
   
   
3. If you've passed all of the exams required for the certification you're going for, along with having signed our Certification Agreement, we'll send you your recognition certificate.
   
   
4. The ability to take your exam in a quiet, secure, proctored environment
   
   
5. Answers to questions sent to the ePRO program e-mailboxes in a reasonable amount of time.
   
6. Access to Developers Central
   
7. More scholarship opportunities for other ePRO tracts.
