The first step toward ePRO certification is the ePRO
Foundations form. After successful completion of the Foundations form,
candidates are awarded a ePRO Associate certification and scholarship.
After achieving ePRO Associate status, candidates can choose from
three ePRO certification tracks. Candidates who complete the ePRO
Foundations form can earn scholarship credits to any of paths chosen
except for the certified instructor path. To find out how to become a

ePRO Prerequisites
The ePRO Foundation
Form is a prerequisite for all ePRO series. To become a ePRO
Associate, candidates must complete the ePRO Foundations form.
ePRO Associate
After completing the Foundations form, candidates are
awarded the ePRO Associate designation.
